POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Provide guidance and support to the Call Center Directors and Database Curators part of the 211 Maryland Call Center Network.
Coordinates and supports the activities of crisis and I&R call center organizations across the state. Supports the evolution, expansion and maintenance of a shared community resource database that includes behavioral health and human service resources available to Marylanders and ensures standards are met by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS).
Provides guidance and direction to 211 Maryland Database Curators, volunteers and information and referral specialists on database enhancements, development, and maintenance activities.
