EBT \u5408\u683c\u201d\u7684\u6807\u7b7e\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u60a8\u5c06 SNAP EBT \u5361\u6dfb\u52a0\u5230\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\u8d26\u6237\u540e\uff0c\u60a8\u624d\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u6b64\u6807\u7b7e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8d1f\u8d23\u76d1\u7ba1\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde SNAP \u798f\u5229\u7684\u4eba\u7c7b\u670d\u52a1\u90e8\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u7f51\u4e0a\u6742\u8d27\u5e97\u4f7f\u7528 SNAP \u798f\u5229\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/dhs.maryland.gov\/documents\/COVID-19\/SNAP%20Online%20%20%205_28_20.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u5173 snap \u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<h2>\u5982\u4f55\u7533\u8bf7 SNAP<\/h2>\n<p>\u7533\u8bf7\u8865\u5145\u8425\u517b\u63f4\u52a9\u8ba1\u5212 (SAP) \u6709\u4e09\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u8bf7\u9009\u62e9\u6700\u5408\u9002\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8bf7\u5c06\u5728\u6536\u5230\u5f53\u5929\u5ba1\u6838\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u53ef\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u540e7\u5929\u5185\u83b7\u5f97\u52a0\u6025\u798f\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u540e (EBT) \u5361\u4e0a\u5e76\u6bcf\u6708\u5206\u53d1\u3002\u8d44\u91d1\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u60a8\u59d3\u6c0f\u7684\u524d\u4e09\u4e2a\u5b57\u6bcd\u3002\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dhs.maryland.gov\/food-supplement-program\/food-supplement-benefits-schedule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u67e5\u770b\u60a8\u5c06\u5728\u6bcf\u6708\u7684\u54ea\u4e00\u5929\u9886\u53d6\u6551\u6d4e\u91d1<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u67e5\u770b EBT group of SNAP recipients will be subject to work requirements. In Maryland, the new rules require these people to work, volunteer, or participate in a job-training program for at least 80 hours a month:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adults between the ages of 55 and 64<\/li>\n<li>Adults who have children age 14-17 living at home<\/li>\n<li>\u9000\u4f0d\u519b\u4eba<\/li>\n<li>Young adults who aged out of out-of-home care under age 24<\/li>\n<li>Unhoused people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During your next recertification, you will be screened for these new work requirements. However, the requirements apply immediately.<\/p>\n<h3>Exemptions<\/h3>\n<p>There are exemptions for those who are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under 17 or over 64 years old<\/li>\n<li>Medically certified as physically or mentally unable to work<\/li>\n<li>Parent or caregiver of a dependent child under age 14<\/li>\n<li>Enrolled in a Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) employment program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an individual does not meet these requirements, benefits are limited to three months every three years.<\/p>\n<p>The work requirement has always been part of SNAP benefits, but it now applies to a larger group of recipients. It&#8217;s estimated that up to 80,000 additional Marylanders will be subject to the new requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd8\u6709 <a href=\"https:\/\/dhs.maryland.gov\/important-changes-snap-benefits\/\" \u798f\u5229\u53ea\u662f\u60a8\u98df\u54c1\u9884\u7b97\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u5728\u519c\u8d38\u5e02\u573a\u6216\u8d2d\u7269\u4fc3\u9500\u65f6\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u8d44\u91d1\u7ffb\u500d\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u8fbe $10\uff0c\u8ba9\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u7b97\u53d1\u6325\u66f4\u5927\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5e02\u573a\u8d27\u5e01<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marylandmarketmoney.org\/howmmmworks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5e02\u573a\u8d27\u5e01<\/a>
