community-based programs, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ohanahc.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OhanaHC<\/a> in Howard County, that empower students,, connecting them with mentors.<\/p>\n<p>\u52a0\u5165\u5bfc\u5e08\u8ba1\u5212\u3002.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a
