Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If capacity is reached for a month, the next appointment is the first Monday of the following month.<\/p>\n<p>WSSC Water also offers extended due dates and convenient <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsscwater.com\/payplans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">payment plans<\/a>. The payment plans can be extended to 36 or 48 months, depending on whether you are a Customer Assistance Program (CAP)- Approved Customer.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re a tenant, you need the landlord&#8217;s (owner&#8217;s) approval to set up a payment plan for your water bill.<\/p>\n<p>There may also be special programs in your county to help with payments.<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ec5\u662f WSSC Water \u7684\u793a\u4f8b\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u4ed6\u6c34\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7c7b\u4f3c\u6216\u989d\u5916\u7684\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u63f4\u52a9\u8ba1\u5212\u3002<\/p>\n<p>211 \u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u786e\u5b9a\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u652f\u4ed8\u793e\u533a\u6c34\u8d39\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5df4\u5c14\u7684\u6469\u5e02\u6c34\u8d39\u5355<\/h3>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u4f4f\u5728\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/211md.org\/zh\/%e5%90%84%e5%8e%bf%e8%b5%84%e6%ba%90\/%e5%b7%b4%e5%b0%94%e7%9a%84%e6%91%a9%e5%b8%82\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5df4\u5c14\u7684\u6469\u5e02<\/a>, the Water4All discount program helps create more equitable access to water assistance. It&#8217;s a yearly program. You must reapply every year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baltimorecity.gov\/publicworks\/water-bill\/water-bill-assistance\/water4all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Water4All<\/a> is an income-eligible program for households making below 200% of the federal poverty level.
