Income qualifications change every year.<\/p>\n<p>Children up to age 19 may qualify for additional benefits from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/211md.org\/zh\/%e8%b5%84%e6%ba%90\/%e5%8d%ab%e7%94%9f%e4%bf%9d%e5%81%a5\/%e5%8c%bb%e7%96%97%e8%a1%a5%e5%8a%a9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde\u513f\u7ae5\u5065\u5eb7\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals who receive other types of public assistance are automatically offered Medicaid. The federal savings program is no longer in place for the Maryland marketplace insurance. It&#8217;s a one-stop shop.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>Open Enrollment<\/h3>\n\t\t<p>Uninsured Marylanders can apply for coverage during open enrollment, which starts in November. Coverage starts on January 1 of the following year.<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u65f6\u6709\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marylandhealthconnection.gov\/how-to-enroll\/special-enrollment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7279\u6b8a\u62db\u751f\u65f6\u671f<\/a> that allow you to apply for coverage at any time of year.
