So, it&#8217;s an informal and temporary arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>\u4eb2\u5c5e\u7167\u62a4\u8005\u5728\u4eb2\u5c5e\u6216\u81ea\u613f\u9009\u62e9\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\uff08\u975e\u4eb2\u5c5e\uff09\u5bb6\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u5929\u5019\u7167\u62a4\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u4e0e\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6587\u5316\u548c\u793e\u533a\u4fdd\u6301\u8054\u7cfb\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>The child may be placed in a caregiver&#8217;s home:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>at the request of the local Department of Social Services or<\/li>\n<li>through an informal request from the child&#8217;s parent if they encounter a serious hardship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4eb2\u5c5e\u7167\u62a4\u8005\u4e0e\u5b69\u5b50\u53ca\u5176\u4eb2\u751f\u7236\u6bcd\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>That new relationship can challenge family dynamics and impact the child, parent, and the caregiver&#8217;s family.<\/p>\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u5168\u5929\u5019\u7167\u62a4\u672c\u5e94\u662f\u6682\u65f6\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u65f6\u4eb2\u5c5e\u7167\u62a4\u8005\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u6536\u517b\u5b69\u5b50\u6216\u6210\u4e3a\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u6c38\u4e45\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>Kinship navigators can help caregivers navigate the process and connect them to available resources and benefits.
