Individuals and families may be eligible for SNAP (food stamps) and/or WIC (Women, Infants, and Children). These food programs provide benefits to help offset the cost of food. The Good Neighbor Fund may be able to provide support for anyone who needs emergency financial help with a bill.

Elgibility

There is a screening process, and it's through the Kent County Department of Social Services (DSS). If DSS is unable to help, then you may be referred to the グッドネイバー基金.

Grants are only issued to a client once in a 12-month timeframe.

There may be other agencies or organizations that can help as well. DSS is the first point of contact for financial help with bills or other expenses.
