Food and financial help
Serving People Across Neighborhoods (SPAN) is a community group helping individuals and families in a number of ways - through food and financial help.
Call first to ensure you qualify for services. You can call 410-647-0089 between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Hours may vary.
Located in Severna Park, SPAN has two service areas. The primary area is the only one that helps with food.
Residents in this primary area can also get financial assistance with prescriptions/medical co-pays, utility turn-off notices, or eviction.

SPAN's Other Anne Arundel Programs
SPAN also has a secondary service area that provides financial assistance only. Secondary areas are eligible for:

The Eviction Prevention Program (EPP) through the Arundel Community Development Services (ACDS) can help renters at the highest risk of eviction. There are limited funds available to those who qualify.
It is not a long-term assistance program.
The program helps those with an unexpected financial hardship that temporarily makes it difficult to pay rent, putting them at risk of imminent eviction and homelessness. 申し込みは先着順で受け付けます.
