Elgibility
There is a screening process, and it's through the Kent County Department of Social Services (DSS). If DSS is unable to help, then you may be referred to the Fon bon vwazen.

There may be other agencies or organizations that can help as well. DSS is the first point of contact for financial help with bills or other expenses.
