Community Groups Who Can Help

Many Harford County residents are referred by 211 to the Harford Community Action Agency. They help with utility bills, food, housing and case management programs like Opiate Recovery CourtPreGED® review classes and more.

Inner County Outreach offers mental health support, housing rehab for dilapidated and vacant homes, homebuyer education, mentoring, support for children with a parent in prison or jail and community re-entry programs for those incarcerated.
