About MdReady

Since February 2020, 211 has partnered with MDEM to deliver text alerts before, during and after a crisis. Nearly 190,000 people have subscribed to these alerts.

This new technology allows us to reach subscribers in just over six minutes.

By choosing their preferred language and location(s), users can receive more personalized alerts. Translation is available in 183 languages.

In an emergency like a flash flood, water levels can rise several feet in a matter of minutes, so every second counts.
