In Baltimore City, the Security Deposit Assistance Program (SDAP) offers one-time financial assistance (up to $2,000) to eligible city residents who have found a rental unit and need help with the security deposit. You'll need a lease or signed agreement from a landlord showing intent to rent to you, meet income guidelines, and show a need for housing assistance.
